建议做法

- 为会话缓存健康检查结果（例如，60秒TTL）
- 提供可操作的备用信息：
- 缺少什么服务
- 哪些功能会降级
- 如何启用该服务
- 在可能的情况下，继续提供降级后的功能
避免做法
- 静默失败或返回空结果
- 每次调用都检查可用性（应缓存结果）
- 假设用户知道如何启动缺失的服务
